About Grace Manor Housing
Grace Manor Housing was built on a simple but powerful belief: a safe, stable home is the foundation that everything else in life depends on. When a person doesn’t have a secure place to live, everything else becomes harder — holding down a job, managing health, saving money, repairing relationships, and planning for the future all slip out of reach. But when someone finally has a stable roof over their head and a calm place to rest, they gain the steady ground they need to move forward and build their next chapter. That belief is the heart of everything we do.
We provide affordable shared housing for independent adults who are too often turned away by the traditional rental market. Many of the people we serve have a steady source of income but still struggle to find housing because of a past eviction, a thin or damaged credit history, a criminal record, or simply because they don’t fit the narrow boxes most landlords require. We also serve people who are currently experiencing homelessness but have a reliable source of income — individuals who are ready and able to pay for a stable place to live, and simply need someone willing to open the door. These are not people who need to be managed or supervised; they are capable, independent adults who are fully able to live on their own. What they need is something far simpler and far harder to find: a fair, respectful, and dignified place to call home. That gap — the space between people who are ready for housing and a market that keeps shutting them out — is exactly the gap Grace Manor Housing exists to fill.
We believe deeply in second chances and fresh starts. A person’s worth is not defined by their hardest season, their lowest moment, or the mistakes in their past. Everyone deserves the chance to start again, and a fresh start should never depend on having a perfect history — it should depend only on a person being ready to move forward, and having a stable, supportive place to do it from. Our homes are designed to be exactly that kind of place.
Every Grace Manor home is clean, comfortable, fully furnished, and well-maintained, set in quiet neighborhoods where residents can feel safe and settled. Just as importantly, every person who walks through our doors is treated with genuine dignity and respect. We hold our homes to a standard of calm, cleanliness, and mutual respect because the people who live in them deserve nothing less. For us, providing housing is more than a business — it is a commitment to serving people who have too often been overlooked, and to doing it with compassion, fairness, and care.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and dignified shared housing that gives independent adults a stable foundation to rebuild, grow, and move forward. We exist to open doors for people the traditional housing market leaves behind — including those experiencing homelessness who have a reliable income, and those held back by their past — who are ready and able to live independently, but who need someone willing to offer a fair and respectful place to call home. We are committed to meeting people where they are, honoring the dignity of every resident, and creating clean, safe, and welcoming homes where fresh starts are not only possible, but expected. We believe that stable housing is the foundation for stable lives, and that everyone — regardless of their past or their present circumstances — deserves the chance to build a better future.
